ARI ROTHMAN

Ari Rothman is the Managing Director of the Carolina Canyon Corporation. He has been in the financial services arena for over 15 years. Mr. Rothman has raised in excess of fifty-five million dollars in capital markets transactions as Lead Manager, Co-Manager or as a Syndicate Member.

Mr. Rothman started his career at Crain Capital Investments in the Private Client Group and was most recently Head of Global Equity Capital Markets before joining Carolina Canyon. He served as Senior Vice President with Fishman Klein and was an Executive Managing Director at Amritsar International Corp.

Mr. Rothman was a Chairman's Circle Member of the US-India Business Council and was a Director of the Board of the US-Pakistan Business Council. He was also a member of the Serbian Investment Network based in Montenegro. Mr. Rothman has previously served on the board of directors of CIRTE Inc.

KORTNEY GRANT

Kortney Grant is the driving force behind Invest 3C Foundation, the nonprofit division of Carolina Canyon, dedicated to empowering communities through financial literacy, robust community engagement, career readiness, and workforce development initiatives.

As the Vice President of Global Consumer and Private Banking at a leading public sector bank, Kortney excels in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and spearheading big data management solutions. His expertise has earned him recognition across various global media platforms, including The Straits Times (Singapore), Good Today Tampa Bay, and Tampa 30 Under 30.

Kortney is a Certified Agile Project Manager and holds an impressive academic portfolio, including an MBA from the University of South Florida, a Master’s in Human Resources from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Benedict College. He is currently furthering his education through a graduate program at The Ohio State University.

CRYSTAL GORDON

Crystal Gordon is the Chief of Staff for Carolina Canyon Corporation. She has served in the educational arena for over 15 years. Within the 15 years of service, she has taught students with intellectual and physical disabilities, managed nontraditional programs in public schools, coached students in the collegiate sector, and worked in the nonprofit sector for the last 4 years. As chief of staff, Crystal's primary duties involve managing day-to-day operations, serving as a key advisor to the executive leader, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives. She is responsible for overseeing staff performance, implementing efficient workflows, and addressing any potential issues that may arise. Additionally, Crystal plays a crucial role in decision-making processes, providing guidance and support to ensure the organization's objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Whitney McIntyre

Whitney McIntyre is the Office Manager for the Carolina Canyon Corporation. Whitney brings over 5 years of administrative experience in Front Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of 3C policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices within the firm; she maintains accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billing.

Whitney is an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Statistics from Syracuse University.
